Mastermind Media has steadily grown in industry stature since its inception in 2003.  President, Luvisia Molenje, personally oversaw the success of all the company’s early projects.  His commitment to excellence has been the hallmark of Mastermind Media.  As the company has grown this seed has given rise to what is now one of the most trusted names in system integration.

Mastermind Media has managed the development of many integration projects, successfully correcting the failures of large systems integrators. LUVISIA MOLENJE, President

Luvisia Molenje co-founded Mastermind Media in 2003. As President, he serves as technical lead and strategist for the organization. With more than 25 years of experience in business consulting and digital transformation, Lu’s prior software development includes work as a trusted advisor and consultant for several small and mid-sized IT contractors serving the Federal Government. He holds Bachelor’s degrees in Computer Science from Earlham College in Richmond, IN, where he is on the Board of Trustees, and the University of Maryland. Lu is an avid New York sports fan and weekend warrior that can usually be found training for an upcoming road race, a mountain climb or his next global adventure. KRISTIAN YANGAS, Vice President

Kristian Yangas is co-founder and head of the operations and business development for Mastermind Media. Prior to rejoining the company in 2016, he worked in executive sales, strategy and advisory roles within the IT Consulting and Finance industries. Kristian earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Northeastern University while playing football and running track for the Huskies. He also holds an MBA from American University in DC with concentrations in Marketing and Finance. Kristian enjoys spending time with his active family and serves as youth coach for some of their sports teams in Fairfax, VA. Mastermind Media is a subcontractor on the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Enterprise Acquisition Gateway for Leading Edge Solutions II (EAGLE II). EAGLE II is a Multiple Award, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract. EAGLE II is designed to offer a broad range of services, solutions, and contract types to fulfill the majority of component and departmental IT service needs at DHS.
